Corinne is a passionate advocate for community-centered movements and believes in their power to change the world. She is the Executive Director of Girl Develop It, a non-profit organization that offers judgment-free classes for women to learn web and software development through hands-on instruction in 50+ US cities. Prior to becoming the first ED of Girl Develop It, she co-led the organization’s Philadelphia chapter to become one of the largest and most active. She also previously held community engagement and outreach positions with the Technical.ly news and events network and WHYY, Philadelphia’s NPR and PBS affiliate. Corinne graduated from the University of California, Santa Cruz with a degree in Sociology and Film & Digital Media.
