Elana Isaacs is a national consultant, trainer, and facilitator with extensive experience custom-designing embodied leadership, equity, and team development programs for business, non-profit, and school leaders. She works with leaders using multiple learning theories, Systems Thinking, Applied Improvisation, and Design Thinking to develop teams, counteract implicit bias, and facilitate team and company diversity goals. Through her consulting group Beyond Separation, Elana designed and co-facilitates the series “Beyond The Culture of Separation” in partnership with Impact Hub Oakland. Past and present clients include Destiny Arts, Bank of America, Urban Habitat, College Preparatory School, Bill Baren Coaching, The Online 401K, Tri-Net HR Solutions, Big Brothers Big Sisters, and Alameda County Healthcare Services. She is a graduate of Oberlin College and Tamalpa Institute for Expressive Arts Therapy and Education and a member of the Racial Equity Leadership Network and The Applied Improvisation Network.
