Lesleigh Campanale


Lesleigh is currently a Research Manager at IEEE. Lesleigh’s primary responsibility at IEEE is helping staff and volunteers make data-driven decisions by meeting their research needs. However, Lesleigh has experience in facilitating committee meetings, focus groups, interviews, and appreciative inquiry sessions. She also has experience in the area of diversity and inclusion through her graduate studies and as a member of the IEEE Committee on Diversity and Inclusion at IEEE.

In her personal time, Lesleigh volunteers for the Brick Municipal Alliance for Drug and Alcohol Prevention. She also enjoys photography, the beach, gardening, and spending time with family and friends.

Lesleigh holds a Bachelor’s degree in Sociology from Lock Haven University and a Master’s degree in Sociology from William Paterson University. Lesleigh is also a member of the Marketing Research Association (MRA) and the American Sociological Association (ASA). She is serving on the 2014-15 ASAE Young Professionals Committee.
