In addition, Dionna is a sought after speaker and media contributor regarding Diversity in the Tech industry, College Recruitment, STEM & Millennials. She has contributed to several media outlets, in print and on-air, including Forbes, SHRM, ERE, INC, Entrepreneur, CNN Money, NPR and the AJC.
☞ Dionna serves on the Board of Advisors at Authentity, an innovative employee engagement solution provider that utilizes the concept of crowdsourcing and social responsibility to improve employee engagement and collaboration.
✰ Formerly, Dionna led Global Talent Management & Acquisition at a fortune 300 company. In this role she led the global integration of talent strategies, processes and programs in North America, South America, Asia-Pacific, Europe, Africa and the Middle East. This encompassed AGCO’s 22,000 employees across 120 countries. Prior to this position, Dionna held roles at both LexisNexis and Koch Industries.
